Rachel Petrick, RN, MSN, CNP has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2009, with previous work experience in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and Vascular Medicine. Rachel has specialized in the care of the geriatric patient since 2010, focusing on long term care and skilled nursing patients. Rachel earned her Master’s in Science Degree from The University of Akron in 2008 and is the founder of Provider Health Group,

Rachel currently presides as CEO of Provider Health Group, Renew Recovery, a Cleveland based recovery resource clinic, and also is the Executive Director of a Christian camp, Pioneer on the Lake in Angola, NY. Rachel also serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Friends of Pioneer, non-profit organization. Rachel has a passion for people; helping, caring for and enriching the lives of others while showing compassion, mercy and grace along the way.

Rachel is a wife and mom of 5 beautiful kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, running her kids around to activities, camping, swimming, skiing, attending her daughter’s horse shows, watching Cleveland sports and going to concerts.

Besides day-to-day company oversight, Rachel provides vacation coverage, NP training and often provides “on-call” coverage for many of the company’s buildings.
