Justin Ward, RN, MSN, FNP is a Nurse Practitioner with a growing career in healthcare, bringing over a year of experience in addiction medicine, family medicine, and geriatric care. He earned his degree from Chamberlain University and joined the company in February 2024.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on Cleveland sports teams and Ohio State football. He shares his life with his wife, Erin, their daughter Amelia, three dogs—Beckham, Ghost, and Hazel—and their cat, Chloe, making for a fun and lively household of eight.

Justin currently provides care at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe, Eastbrook Healthcare Center, University Manor Healthcare Center and Ethan Crossing Addiction Treatment Center of Cleveland, while also providing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) via telehealth. Justin is committed to supporting his patients on their healthcare journeys in order to improve their quality of life and achieve lifelong success.
