Chelsea Ball, RN, MSN, FNP earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Ohio University in 2024, building on a solid nursing foundation that she began in 2017. She joined the Provider Health Group in March of 2025.

Her clinical approach reflects her passion for patient-centered care and her commitment to improving outcomes across diverse settings. Outside of her professional life, Chelsea enjoys spending time with horses, cheering on Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams, and traveling.

Chelsea provides care at several facilities, including Crestmont North Nursing, Westlake Assisted Living, and O'Neill Healthcare Lakewood in their skilled and assisted living communities.
