Gail Beriswill, RN, MSN, AGNP-C

Gail Beriswill, RN, MSN, AGNP-C began working with Provider Health Group, formerly Nurse Practitioner Health Services in June 2014. At that time, she was a student under Rachel Petrick’s guidance, who encouraged her to join the team and she has been with the company ever since!

Gail earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2007 and completed her Nurse Practitioner certificate at the University of Akron in 2014. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chamberlain University with a planned graduation date of August 2025.

With 11 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, her primary specialty is cardiac surgery in her full-time role at Southwest General Health Center. However, she has also developed a strong focus on dementia care, considering it another area of focus and where she excels.

Outside of work, Gail loves biking and collecting beach glass, along with cherishing quality moments with her family. She is a proud mother of five grown children—Julia (33) and Kirk (32), both married with families of their own, and Larissa (25), Anna (24), and Nicholas (22), who are still living at home. Adding to the joy of family life, she is also a grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren—four boys and one girl. Her husband Jim stands by her side through all of life’s adventures, providing unwavering support.

Currently, she sees patients within the Wesleyan Village, Brooklyn Pointe Assited Living & Memory Care, and Symphony at Olmsted Falls communities.
