Ashley Johnson, our Chief Operating Officer, has been a valued member of Provider Health Group since 2018.

She brings with her over 20 years of experience and a strong background in the medical field, which has greatly benefited our organization.

Outside of her professional life, Ashley is a proud parent to her 16-year-old son and shares her life with her boyfriend. She is also an avid fan of Cleveland sports and enjoys traveling and going to the beach in her free time.
