Amy Motil is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from Ohio University in 2024. She has been employed at Provider Health Group since 2017 and brings a wealth of experience to her work in both clinical and long-term care settings, including LCCW, The Avenue in North Ridgeville, and Brookdale’s skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities.

Passionate about whole-person wellness, Amy is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. When she’s not caring for patients, she finds joy in gardening, practicing yoga, birdwatching, and spending quality time with her family.

Amy is a proud mother to three brilliantly gifted children—daughters Peighton and Ella, and son Jax—who shine in both the arts and academics. Their full schedules of music lessons, theatrical performances, and sports keep her life as fulfilling and vibrant as her professional career.
