Amy Motil, RN, MSN, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from Ohio University in 2017. She has been employed at Provider Health Group for 8 years and brings a wealth of experience to her work in both clinical and long-term care settings.

Passionate about whole-person wellness, Amy is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

Amy is a proud mother to three brilliantly gifted children—daughters Peighton and Ella, and son Jax—who shine in both the arts and academics. Their full schedules of music lessons, theatrical performances, and sports keep her life as fulfilling and vibrant as her professional career. When Amy is not caring for patients, she finds joy in gardening, practicing yoga, birdwatching, and spending quality time with her family.

Amy’s current list of facilities includes Life Care Center of Westlake, Avenue at North Ridgeville Care & Rehabilitaion Center, as well as Brookdale Westlake Village Skilled Nursing and Brookdale Gardens at Westlake, which encompasses skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities.
